Hi! My name is Valerii.

Let me tell you about myself. I am a personal trainer. I have the European Register of Exercise Professionals accreditation.

First of all, I am a practitioner. My adventure with professional sport began in primary school. Since then, I have practiced many disciplines. I was curious about different sports. I wanted to develop myself, gain practical knowledge and look for ways to shape my figure. Thanks to this experience, I can freely diversify the training of my students and mine. I am proud that I can combine my passions with studies and professional work. I've always been curious about the relationship between sport and biology. I studied at the Medical Academy in Ukraine. However, I decided to become a coach because sport is my greatest passion.
